Legal Entity  

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Mintink Sports Cards Inc., a company registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada. Mintink Sports Cards Inc. owns and operates the website, mobile services, and any related features or transactions (collectively, the "Services"). 

By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services. By using our Services, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.  

2. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy  

All purchases of physical products are subject to our [Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy](#). This policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged. Fees for services (e.g., grading or customization) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.  

3. Modifications  

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.  

4. Prohibited Activities  

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activities prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.  

5. Account Security  

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any associated activities. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.  

6. Mobile Messaging Service  

a. Consent to SMS/Text Messages: By consenting to Mintink Sports Cards' SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages, including updates, alerts, promotions, and other marketing offers, from and on behalf of Mintink Sports Cards. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.  
b. Voluntary Participation: Participation in our SMS/text messaging program is voluntary and not a condition for purchasing our products or using our Services.  
c. Message and Data Rates: While we do not charge for the messaging service, standard message and data rates may apply as per your wireless provider’s terms. Message frequency varies.  
d. Opt-Out: You may opt out of the messaging service at any time by texting the keyword STOP to +18669134612 or clicking the unsubscribe link (if provided) in any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless initiated by you.  

7. Cryptocurrency Transactions  

a. Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are inherently risky due to volatility, regulatory uncertainties, and technical vulnerabilities. By using cryptocurrency as part of our Services, you assume all associated risks.  
b. No Liability for Loss: Mintink Sports Cards is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from cryptocurrency transactions, including but not limited to price fluctuations, theft, or errors in transactions.  

8. Intellectual Property  

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Mintink Sports Cards or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.  

9. Limitation of Liability  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mintink Sports Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to:  
- Your use of physical products, including damage or defects;  
- Your use of services, including delays, errors, or dissatisfaction with service outcomes.  

10. Governing Law  

These Terms of Service, and any disputes or claims arising from or related to them, including their formation or validity, or your use of our Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or your use of our Services.  

11. Privacy Policy  

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.  

12. Termination  

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.  

13. Third-Party Services  

Our Services may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mintink Sports Cards. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
