Mintink Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy 

Returns and Refunds 

- Returns are accepted for unopened products within 14 days of purchase. 
- Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and accompanied by a valid receipt. 
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit. 
 

Online Returns and Refunds  

- All policies above apply to online returns and refunds.  

 -Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

- To initiate a return, email  support@mintink.ca You can either mail the products back or drop them off at one of our physical locations.  

- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns. If mailing the product, please allow 2–3 business days for processing once the product is received and inspected. 

Exclusions 

- The following are non-refundable and non-exchangeable: 
- Trading card singles 
  - Customized products 
- Grading services 

Order Cancellations 

- For non-pre-order items, email support@mintink.ca to cancel your order. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days. 

- For pre-orders, see the pre-order section for specific instructions. 

Store Credit 

- Store credit is issued to an account under the recipient's name and is non-transferable. 

Damaged or Missing Products 

- Notify us at support@mintink.ca within 24 hours of delivery for missing or damaged items. 
- Include photos of damaged items. 

 

Pre-Order Policy 

Cancellations: Pre-orders can be cancelled. 

Processing Fee: A 10% processing fee applies to the total order value for all pre-order cancellations. 

Exemptions: 

Release date delays, product allocation issues, or other unforeseen factors do not waive the processing fee. 

Process: 

Customers must send an email to support@mintink.ca to initiate the process.  

Gift Cards 

- All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
