Shipping Updates
To receive instant updates on order/shipping/delivery confirmation, opt-in to SMS at checkout.
Estimated Time of Arrival
- Canada: 1 - 8 business days
- United States: Up to 14 business days
- International & Remote Locations: Additional transit time may apply. Mintink is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or other external factors.
Delivery Charges & Responsibilities
- Canada: No additional shipping fees are expected.
- United States: Customers may be charged duties based on their state’s regulations.
- International & Remote Areas: Additional shipping fees may apply. Customers will be contacted if additional charges are required.
Mintink is not responsible for misplaced, stolen, or lost parcels that are marked as delivered by the parcel service. To ensure secure delivery, customers should consider selecting in-store pickup or choosing a shipping option that requires a signature upon delivery.
Product Delays
Customers experiencing longer delays than stated above should email shipping@mintink.ca with order details. Our team will assist with a timeline or work with the parcel service to resolve the issue.
Product Condition & Damaged Items
Mintink carefully packages all shipments to ensure products arrive in their original condition.
- If your package is damaged upon arrival, immediately contact the parcel service as they are responsible for transit-related damages.
- If the contents inside the package are damaged, notify shipping@mintink.ca within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photos and order details. Mintink will assist with an appropriate resolution.
- Minor scuffs, tears, or shrink-wrap separation that do not impact product integrity do not qualify for compensation.
Order Adjustments & Address Changes
- Orders are processed quickly, and modifications may not be possible once fulfillment begins.
- If you need to adjust an order, contact shipping@mintink.ca immediately.
- Address updates must be handled by our team. Updating your account details will not change order details for already placed orders.
Pre-Order Cancellations & Quantity Reductions
- Pre-orders can be canceled, but a 10% processing fee applies.
- Release date delays due to production, distribution, or logistical issues do not waive the processing fee.
- To cancel a pre-order, email support@mintink.ca with your order details.
Exchanges and Returns
Returns are accepted for unopened products within 14 days of purchase. - Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and accompanied by a valid receipt. For full details on our policies, please refer to our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
In-Store Pickups
- Orders selected for in-store pickup will be held for one month after fulfillment, unless stated otherwise.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup.
- To authorize another person to pick up your order, email support@mintink.ca with the order number and the authorized person’s details. The delegate must also present valid ID.
Oversized & Custom Orders
Certain large or custom orders may require additional shipping fees, which will be communicated before shipment.
Taxes & Duties
- Sales tax is applied based on the destination province, territory, or state.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
