UPDATE ON THE CANADA POST STRIKE

In the wake of the recent Canada Post strike, we want to assure all of our customers that we have contracts in place and continue to use FedEx & UPS couriers for all shipments. Outside of a possible slight delay in processing, it is business as usual for MINTINK™!

Any packages prior to Friday, November 15th, 2024, that are in the Canada Post system, we remain hopeful, will be delivered in a timely manner. If you have any concerns please feel free to DM, email or call us and one of our staff members will be happy to help you.

Estimated Time of Arrival

Estimated time on any parcel within Canada is 1 - 8 business days & up to 14 business days for items shipping to the US.

 

Delivery Charges

Customers who purchased within Canada should not expect to pay additional shipping fees. Customers living in the US may be charged duties based on the laws within your State.

 

Product Delays

Customers who experience longer delays then stated above are encouraged to email shipping@mintink.ca with the appropriate order details so a member of our team can assist you with a timeline or to help resolve the issue with the parcel service.

 

Product Condition

All packages that sent out are carefully handled in the appropriate packaging. We take great pride in making sure your product gets to you in the exact condition we sent it in. If your package has incurred any damage in transit, its likely due to an issue with the Parcel Service and customers are encouraged to take this up directly with the Parcel Service if there any are signs of damage to the packaging. For conditions related to items inside the package, customers are encouraged to email shipping@mintink.ca with appropriate photos and order details so a member of our team can assist you with an appropriate resolution.

 

Pre-order cancellations/quantity reduction policy

Cancellation and/or Reduction in Quantities of all Pre-Orders for Sports Card Products, Trading Card Game Sealed Product, and other Collectible/Randomized Card Products are NOT Permitted, as all Pre Order products are allocated for “limited time” and available on a “first-come, first-served basis” while quantities last. All items purchased during the “Pre Order” window are Final Sale!

Release date delays can occur in some instances related to product allocations, production or distribution factors and other logistics that are completely out of our control. For any products that are delayed as a result of this will NOT serve as any reason to circumvent this policy.
